Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties 3.Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations 4. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews 5. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees 6. Managing the end to end recruitment and selection process 7. Responsible for an overall quality system in the HR department 8. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills 9.
