Looking for Associate /Sr.Associate Manager -Supply for #Delhivery.
Location - Delhi and Mumbai
Requirements -
Any graduate/post-graduate/MBA/B.Tech
2-5 years of vendor management experience in the functional area of supply chain preferably from logistics/ transportation/internet/e-commerce/rental service industry.
Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
Start-up experience will be an added advantage.
Key responsibilities
Managing day to day fulfillment of orders by placing trucks and ensuring on-time, error-free and smooth transitions.
• Lead the complete cycle of new fleet owner acquisition, on-boarding, consistent service and retention.
• Plan the supply partner network breadth on volume and truck type mix and align with business expansion plans.
• Drive lead based supply acquisition for the cluster and ensure high conversion ratio from ground sales.
• Ensure supply utilization by keeping placement efficiency over 95% over time.
• Achieving monthly supplier meeting targets for new suppliers onboarding and relationship building with existing suppliers.
• Willing to travel intra-city/inter-city on monthly basis needs .
