Need someone with 10 Years in infrastructuredevelopment / realestate / urbanplanning
Should have experience in
Project development experience in Housing/ Urbaninfrastructure/ Realestate sector
Consulting experience of minimum five (5) National/ International projects
Must have worked on three (3) mission mode projects and 2 national/ state level projects in Infrastructure/ Urban planning/ Real estate
Project Development, Conceptual planning for real estate projects, Market Assessment and Feasibility Study, Project Structuring and Bid Process Management
Qualification - MBA/ M. Plan/ M. Tech or Equivalent
